Whether it was a nautical background, an affinity to the sea or the love of nature, the scattering of one's ashes at sea is a tranquil way to return to nature.
Viking Yacht Charters can provide a dignified and compassionate service to farewell your loved one and with over 13 years of experience we understand the difficulty you are facing. We can certainly tailor a service that suits your needs and budget and also take care of all the arrangements from the hiring of a celebrant through to catering and flowers.
Being a catamaran, Summer Breeze is extremely stable on the water, is very spacious and provides the ideal platform for a service. The large covered cockpit / saloon area provides the perfect venue in which to enjoy a cup of tea on the return trip.
Maximum number of guests is 12 out to sea or 20 within the Port River.
Our prices commence at $790 for a standard service which includes morning or afternoon tea. Click (Charter Fees) for our list of fees.
PARTY BOAT HIRE.... Prices
“Partying on a Boat” is a unique and exciting way to celebrate.
Being exclusive, you have our magnificent catamaran Summer Breeze all to yourselves. It's like partying on your own island that's moving.
Being a catamaran (two hulls) Summer Breeze sails dead flat and does not heal. The extra width of a catamaran gives maximum space, comfort and safety. It's easy to walk around and your drinks don't spill.
To ensure your party “rocks” Summer Breeze is fitted with a great sound system.
We are fully licensed and can provide Food Platters and Drink Packages or equally happy for you to bring your own. All we charge is a $12 per head BYO corkage fee (just the cost of a glass of wine!) and a $40 BYO food fee (light snacks are except)

Looking for something special for your Hens Party?
We love hen's parties and they don't get any better than being on our modern and spacious catamaran Summer Breeze.
The combined open saloon and cockpit area is unique and the envy of other operators. It is “totally undercover” and includes a large wrap around table, a small dance area, seating across the back and all with fantastic “360 degree views”.
The large deck at the front has heaps of seating plus trampolines to relax on and soak up the sun or dance. Being a wide catamaran there is heaps of space.
On Summer Breeze there is no need to go below to escape the elements. All the partying is done on the one level upstairs and all with the magic view you paid for.

Very unique and totally romantic!
You will have Summer Breeze to yourselves for an hour or more with a complimentary bottle of quaility champagne and chocolates.
You will be served the champagne on the foredeck and then left alone. We can organize for your partner's favorite music to be playing in the background and maybe a few dolphins frolicking nearby as well?
Dinner or Nibbles can also be arranged or BYO is fine. Please call us for more information on the options.

o Daylight only - 10am to 6pm
o 2 hour duration
